30-Day Return Policy

We allow you to return all new, unused, and resalable items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus actual shipping costs we incurred). Naturally, if your return is because of our error, we’ll pay these shipping costs. If your return request is due to product defect or damage, we will first work with you to get the product repaired. If repair is not possible, then we’ll work with you to get it replaced.

Return Eligibility Items must be in unused, in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). Custom items cannot be returned. This includes kits and any linear product cut shorter than its manufactured length.

How do I process a return?

1 STEP :-  In case of product defective, if your product is under warranty then you can send an invoice, order id and three images of defective product by whatapps (9729451800). We will check and reply you within 1-2 working days on same replied contact detail.

2 STEP :-You have to courier the defective products to the office address (MY TRIDEV, 102/12, TRIDEV CHOWK, OPP. KALANDER CHOWK, PANIPAT, HARYANA(132103)), and need to pay the courier charges by yourself.

3 STEP:-After we receive your defective product, then We will ship you the good product to your address within 1-2 days and that courier charges will be paid by myself.

TERMS & CONDITION

• Good product will be dispatched after 1-2 working days after receiving of faulty one
• You have to pay courier charge yourself for sending faulty product
• The warranty of the product will be given once
• We will be sending you good products according to our Courier Turnaround time which is 7-10 days and that courier charges will be paid from my side.
• No warranty on physical damage, spill and burnt products.

When will I receive a credit?

Return credits are issued within 24 hours once the item is received and inspected – you will be notified via email.

After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent an “Order Confirmation” email to the email address you entered during checkout. The subject line will say “LED Power Supply: Order Completed” and will contain your order number. This email is your receipt – so don’t delete it! We encourage you to review the order and advise us of any spelling or numerical mistakes so that we can quickly make any necessary changes.

After your order is shipped, you will automatically be sent an email confirmation with your shipping information (Tracking number).

Payment Terms & Pricing

Credit Cards / Netbanking – We accept MasterCard and Visa.

Payment is not captured from the card until your order is shipped.

Promo & Discounts Promo codes may not be used with volume discounts or with kits when custom work is required.

Please note: To protect against fraud, any orders paid for with a personal check, money order, or cashiers check will remain on hold for a number of days to allow for the check to clear. Orders placed with credit cards will be processed immediately.

Purchase Orders and Net Terms – We will happily accept purchase orders from corporate, educational, non-profit and government organizations pending a credit review by our finance and accounting team. Purchase orders must be signed, bona fide documents that specify both a shipping and billing address; the preferred shipping method; and all relevant costs, including product prices, shipping and handling, and taxes (if applicable).  Some additional terms and conditions include:

• The minimum purchase order amount we accept is 100000
• Payment terms are Net 100
• We cannot accept purchase order numbers over the phone.
• We cannot process an order until we have received a signed purchase order.

Sales Tax

If you have a GST number, then you will get its credit in the GST Portal.
